Let me start by saying that if you are a wife reading this to find the perfect golf wedding anniversary gift for your husband then God bless you. We need more wives like you. If you are a husband looking for ideas to give your wife for a good golf wedding anniversary gift then I wish you good luck. If you are husband looking for a golf wedding anniversary gift for your wife then you are a very lucky man because it is the rare wife that will not only tolerate the male passion for golf but also engage in that passion with her husband. The rise of women’s golf is a great thing and one day the hope is that women’s golf and men’s golf will be equal in size and membership strength.

Let’s cut right to the chase and say that the perfect golf wedding anniversary gift is a week vacation at a golf resort where there will be a lot of golfing. Golf vacations at golf resorts do not involve sight seeing, they do not involve shopping, and they do not involve visiting those relatives you haven’t seen in years. Golf vacations at golf resorts are a week of golf and food and that is it. If you have any intentions on attempting to divert attention away from golf if you give a gold vacation as a golf wedding anniversary gift then the golf vacation is not the golf wedding anniversary gift you want to give. Golf vacations with diversions that are not golf end up in arguments and that is no way to spend a vacation.

Watch Out For The Club

Golf clubs are not a great golf wedding anniversary gift even though it may seem like the most obvious tear jerking anniversary gift out there. Golf clubs are like a pair of shoes; if they don’t fit right then they are useless to you. Instead of giving golf clubs you should give your significant other a gift certificate for a set of clubs at the local golf store. Go to the store and get an idea for how much a set of clubs would cost and then get a gift certificate for that amount. Giving an actual set of clubs is a wonderful gesture but it can also turn into a source of major frustration if the clubs are the wrong size. Be smart and give a gift certificate.

Unless you know exactly what brand of golf ball your significant other uses then golf balls make a pretty bad gift too. These would fall under the gift certificate category along with clubs. A personalized golf towel is always a great idea and it is something that the golfer will use. Believe it or not personalized golf tees also make a great gift and so would a personalized ball marker. If you can stay away from buying clothes, balls, or clubs then you should be able to get the perfect gift.
